Innovation is the product of understanding a given situation, reviewing the existing solutions, and accordingly developing and creating new and creative ideas.
But usually an innovative idea is only the beginning of a long way to the practical realization of the idea.
What makes our creative ideas practical? To become programs that can be implemented ?
Our goal at IMPACT LABS is to remove barriers and to provide tools for implementing development processes from the ideas stage to their application stage. We do this by developing practical innovation workshops, during which we accompany the teams from the conceptual stage, while providing tools for the development of innovative and creative ideas, up to the practical implementation stage that was actually done in the workshop itself.
In practical innovation workshops, you will learn to use the methodology of making as a tool for transforming an idea into reality and as a solution to the challenges we encounter in everyday situations.
All the workshops are held in IMPACT LABS and are accompanied by a professional technical-pedagogical team that guides the participants closely in the development and production process. During all practical innovation workshops, an emphasis will be put on product development, from the foundation stage to the implementation of an idea from thought to reality.
Duration of workshop: about 6 hours.
Up to 15 participants in the workshop.

Technological “marshmallow” challenge
The fun challenge of teams teaches and enriches the topic of overcoming obstacles under challenging conditions such as extremely limited resources.
No prior experience is required, suitable for each team (and also for mixed teams from different departments in the organization).
Car competition
A competition that is all about marketing, enjoyment and high energy. A challenge that teaches about speed, pre-performance thinking, physics and mechanics, and teamwork. An unforgettable activity of consolidation and experiential learning.
